Mobile Home 2 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom. Refigerator and stove are furnished. Heat is an electric furnace. There are two window AC units which may be used by tenants but will not be maintained by the owners should they cease to work. You enter through a covered and enclosed porch. From the porch you enter into the combination living room - kitchen area.  This unit has a slide out and this makes the living room almost 20 feet wide. The living room is thus very large and opens onto the kitchen area which is also large.  There are two bedrooms of equal size on each end of the mobile home. The single bath is near the bedroom on the west end of the mobile home. (Entrance end)  There is new linoleum flooring throughout the unit. There is a small uncovered front porch that faces onto Old Hurricane Highway. Also this unit has a fireplace in the living room which MAY NOT BE USED by tenants.

There is a hook-up area for a washer and dryer, that is not furished bu the owner. A used washer-dryer can be rented from the company for $40.00 per month (optional)

The yard is maintained by the Management Company without cost to the tenant.

$450.00 per month with minimum $450.00 deposit for 12 month non-pet lease.

This park is under new manahement by Fig Enterprises LLC. This is a park "in transition" and there is a lot of demolition of older mobile home units clean up, and installation of newer manufactured homes occurring. Work crews are expected to be on-site in the park for extended periods of time during the next year. There will be some demolition noise and some clean-up activties during this period of time.
